A POTTER'S STUDIO AND SHOWROOM
Loren Lukens and Brace Point Pottery
ART for EVERYDAY LIVING
Loren Lukens creates works of art for everyday living. It functions practically, as tableware for company and everyday use, or aesthetically, hung on the wall or as a stand-alone art piece.
SHOWROOM and STUDIO
Brace Point Pottery is the studio and showroom for ceramic artist Loren Lukens. It's located in beautiful downtown Arbor Heights, a West Seattle neighborhood in Seattle, Washington, overlooking Puget Sound and the Fauntleroy ferry to Vashon Island.
The showroom is filled with pots for all occasions and uses and is always changing. Showroom hours vary throughout the year, but we are open whenever we are here. You are welcome to drop by or call ahead (206) 935-6740.
I hold periodic art events in my showroom and details can be found in the EVENTS section and in my BLOG.
Brace Point Pottery hosts Alki Arts in September.
Seattle Sampling artist tour in December.
Our annual Art Sale and Studio Open House happens every year on the first weekend in December, with regular invited guest artists Cheryl deGroot, jewelry, and Reid Ozaki, pottery, Lynn diNino with her reconstructed sweater collection and David Somers' cunning laser cut snowflakes and turned wood bowls. The entire studio becomes a gallery space for this once-a-year event. We would love to have you join us. Checkout the event details for 2018.
